    Warranty

    Standard warranty on spare parts is 90 days. In respect of new goods, which carry a manufacturers warranty, the company shall endeavour to transfer the benefits of such warranty to the customer. Goods remain the property of ICS Europe Ltd until paid in full. All returns require a valid RMA number.

    RMA’s are subject to the following conditions

    • Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee
    • Cancelled orders will only be accepted within 7 days of purchase
    • Non-stock items and special orders may not be returned for credit
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless it is an ICS Europe Ltd error
    • Defective goods within warranty will be repaired, replaced or credit note issued at the discretion of ICS Europe Ltd
    • Any receipt discrepancies must be reported to your account manager or RMA department within 3 working days of receipt

    Returning goods

    • Submit form to apply for an RMA number
    • Ensure RMA number is visible on box

    Items must be returned within 7 working days from issue of RMA
    Please ensure that goods are returned in original packaging

    Copy of return Packing Slip will be issued by our RMA Department
